The Mission of HCMC is to provide employers with tools, systems and coaching so that they can reduce employee turnover by hiring, promoting, developing, and keeping the right people “on the bus,” and “in the right seats,” and releasing the ones that are not! HCMC consultation and tools will help with employee selection, leadership development, succession planning, retention and employee transition.

HCMC will be involved in, at least, the following professional services:

  • Managing Difficult Relationships

  • Defining Organizational Culture / Mission

Business Focus of HCMC

HCMC likes working with small to medium-sized firms in a B2B environment, but can also work B2C. It provides the delivery of a wide variety of tools and programs, as outlined above, and can also help to clarify the strategic direction of an organization.

HCMC listens well to customers, is clever and creative at meeting the needs of their requests, even if it means developing new products and/or services to meet those needs. The consultation and tools are also adaptable so as to help a firm develop career paths and succession or leadership plans. This is part of a strategic plan involving retention strategies so that desirable and top performing individuals are enticed to remain with a firm.
